Stroganoff


Ingredients:

2 lb beef sliced
2 medium size onions
3 table spoons of sour cream
1 tea spoon of all purpose flour
1 table spoon of kosher salt.


1. Place sliced beef and chopped onions into the deep pan. Salt them. Cover with lid and cook first 15 min. on medium, then 2 hours on low.


2. Add sour cream, mix and continue cooking on low.



3. Sprinkle with flour, mix. Cook for another 5 min. and serve warm.




Stroganoff could be served with potatoes, pasta or rice.
