
3 carrots
1 bunch of broccoli
1 medium size onion
goat cheese
salt, olive oil.
1. Chop onion and fry it in olive oil until it starts getting golden.
2. Pill carrots and broccoli and cut it into approximately the same size chunks.

3. Add to onions, add water to cover it, salt and cook under the lid until they are tender.
4. Puree the soup and serve with goat cheese.
