Ingredients:
5 beets washed
5 cloves of garlic
1 cup of Real Mayonnaise
1. Place beats into the pot, add water to cover them, bring it to boil, reduce heat and simmer on low for about 1 and a half hours. Cooking time depends on the size of the beats. They are ready when knife goes easily into them, but they are not yet falling apart.

2. Cool and peal their skins. The skin comes off very easy.
3. Shred cooked beets.
4. In the bowl mix mayonnaise and pressed garlic.
5. Add mayonaise to the shredded beets and mix well.
Serve cold or room temperature as a dish or as a garnish to any meet or vegetables.
