Ingredients:
I pork lion
4 hard boiled eggs
salt, pepper.
1. Butterfly the pork lion. Cover with wrap and tenderize it.
2. Remove the wrap, salt and pepper each side.
If pork has a fat part, than it should be on the top after you roll it.
3. Place hard boiled eggs along the pork and roll it. Close the sides with tooth picks.
4. In the hot pan fry quickly closed pork roll on each side, after that place it into the baking dish, and bake in the preheated to 400 F oven for 45 min.
5. Let pork rest for 15 min, than cut it and serve with any green salad.
