Ingredients:
2 lb potatoes
2 lb potatoes
0.5 lb beef
1 medium onion
6 cloves of garlic
bunches of dill, parsley and cilantro
olive oil
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 any color fresh pepper (optional)
Make beef stock as in Borsh recipe, but use less water.
1. Chop 1 onion and fry it in olive oil on low heat until they turn light golden.
2. Peal and chop potatoes and add them to the onions. Add stock, salt, cover with lid and cook on low until potatoes become soft.
3. Add all cooked meat and mix.
4. Add pepper, tomatoes and mix
5. Add pressed garlic, chopped dill, cilantro and parsley. A good handfull in total.
6. Mix everything and turn the stove off after everything starts boiling.
